The Red & Blue Collection

· John Wolfcub developed the concept of The Red & Blue Collection together with BUEV, creating a focused edition within the artist’s broader practice. The collection comprises 25 original paintings, each measuring 100 × 120 cm. Although the elephant is a recurring motif in BUEV’s work, here it is approached through a more concentrated visual language. Bold red and blue fields, strong contrasts, and a consistent format give the collection a clear rhythm and a distinct identity of its own. The scale and visual coherence of the works allow them to function both individually and as coordinated groups within contemporary art collections, private interiors, and boutique hospitality spaces.
