Rollsburg Sushi Truck

· Sushi “to go” food truck concept, with the full design project completed and already having the head chef secured, a complete kitchen and management team in place, a finalized and tasted menu, and custom-designed packaging created specifically for the project and printed in thousands of units; unfortunately canceled due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic at the end of 2019, a highly risky period for the hospitality industry.
